As part of the convention, you can host your own events and present your projects to an active and passionate board game community.
For Publishers
Would you like to showcase upcoming releases, host game sessions, or present new titles?
No problem! Possible formats include:
- Digital game sessions on BGA, TTS, and more
- New release events on your own social media channels, for example via YouTube livestreams
- Community tournaments & giveaways
- Live talks or Q&A sessions on your Discord server
- Pre-recorded videos as live premieres
For Game Designers
Are you working on a prototype and looking for feedback?
boardgame.digital gives you the opportunity to test your new game ideas directly with players online and exchange thoughts about your designs.
All you need is:
- a Tabletop Simulator version of your game
- a Discord account
For Creators & Communities
Content creators, streamers, and community groups are also welcome to become part of the event.
By enriching the program, you gain visibility among new board game enthusiasts and can introduce your content to a broader audience.
Possible formats include:
- Community Let’s Plays
- Special events or tournaments
- Talk formats & livestreams
For Volunteers
Throughout the event, we regularly rely on volunteers who can help new players with technical issues involving Discord, BGA, Aftergame, or other tools.
Some events also appreciate support with:
- teaching game rules
- moderation
- helping out within the awareness & conflict-resolution team

Participation & Opportunities
In general, participation as a publisher, designer, or creator is free after coordinating with us.
Our goal is to create exciting and creative online experiences around board games together.
